2014 : Good Year With Books

Time is always running and never stops for anyone. Well, this undeniable statement is a motivation for life. Anything happening in life can only be healed and controlled with time. Well though it never stops for anyone, it has its own significance. To achieve something in life, a person has his/her timelines and so he/she works hard to achieve something in that timeline. Factor here is TIME. It doesn't stop for the person to complete his dreams in time but it continues to work with its rate and gives the reference to the person about how much time is left for him/her to achieve the goal. Similarly, some other parts of life where mostly feelings come in between, TIME is the reference. As in love or pain, we need to give the time for things to settle. It takes a time to settle for love or the pain to settle. So, as time has flew again, we have come across the end of the year 2014 now. I still am not able to understand that whether the time flew fast or I was so busy with life that I didn't find that time was running because I still have memories of last new years evening and feels like I just enjoyed it some months back. But after all, reality needs to be faced. Its really an end of the year now and now its time for me to look back and see how I had my journey of life in this 57th independent century. This year was as good as my previous years of my life. I have achieved many new things in life. I have done well in my career and life lessons. I have experienced joy, humor, feelings, pain, fear and many feelings through journey. But most importantly the thing I liked most in this year is I've crossed my reading limits this year. Every year I take challenge of reading on www.goodreads.com where I decide the limit of number of books I will read in particular year. At the start of this year, like always, I had set that limit to 12 i.e. 1 per month. But to my surprise, currently I'm reading 16th book. I've already finished with 15th Book(Fiction) 6 days ago and now reading a new one. Reading has become my hobby since I was in second year of grad and since then I've read 51 books. FIFA World Cup 2014 !!

Finally the day had come when Germany team with their hard efforts won the FIFA World Cup 2014 held in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil.
Starting from 12th June 2014, all the teams played well and teams reached up to 4th place were Brazil, Netherlands, Germany and Argentina.
This time FIFA was split into 8 groups from A to H. Total 64 matches were played between all the participant countries and the winner was decided in finals.
The final match was between Argentina(Captain Lionel Messi) and Germany(Philipp Lahm).The match was won with the score of 1 - 0 in extra 30 minutes time with the goal by Germany player Mario Gotze. Germany had 7 shots on target while Argentina had only 2. And other stats were 20 fouls, 5 corners, 2 saves, 3 off sides for Germany and 16 fouls, 3 corners, 6 saves, 2 off sides for Argentina.
Argentina were preparing for a penalty shoot-out in the Maracana, but in the 113th minute Gotze chested down Andre Schurrle's cross and volleyed home to cap a historic victory for Joachim Low's men.
Goetze was selected as Budweiser "MAN OF THE MATCH" while Leonel Messi won the "FIFA GOLDEN BALL" as the best player of World Cup 2014.
Amongst other countries, Neymar was the only candidate from Brazil on the list, which was selected by Fifa’s technical study group of coaching analysts. Arjen Robben of Holland and James Rodríguez of Colombia, winner of the Golden Boot as the tournament’s top scorer with six goals, completed the list.
The Golden Glove award for the tournament’s outstanding goalkeeper went to Germany’s Manuel Neuer. France’s Paul Pogba was named the World Cup’s best young player, while Colombia were given the fair play award.
With this, FIFA 2014 finished but FIFA fever will be everlasting as always.. :)

Reject the opposites

This world is comprised of many elements and among those elements, living beings are the one who gives the feeling of liveliness in the world. These living beings always try to achieve something in their lives and make it best. I would like to share some opinions to you about achieving good life here.

 First of all , we all know that life is made up many things which contains emotions, attachments, trust, success and many more things. If we can handle all these things properly then we wont have any issue in making the life peaceful and healthy. My funda for this is,we have to reject the opposites related to all these things. As like say for "Friend" the opposite is "Enemy". Similarly there are opposites for other things as :  

1. Love vs Hate - 

Learn to love your life by loving all the things connected to it. No matter you are small or big, you are poor or rich, you will live your own life and lead the same. No matter people around you behaves in weird way but you shouldn't stop loving and caring for them. As opposite of love is hate, once you put the seed of hate in your life, it will grow fast and you wont be able to control its roots once it grows deep in your life. And hate has many affects in life as it may detach people from your life and at one point you may be alone too. So always search for positive love and affection as it has the capability to find best out of worst or it can also heal a mental to normal. That strength the love has. 

2. Make Vs Break - 
  Always try to make new things in life. Making may include making new friends, relations, techniques, patterns in careers etc. Whatever you do, always make something because it never goes waste. Suppose today you made some stuff which doesn't have any meaning. But don't stop making it further as it will turn out into something good. You never know, it might be some good statue of clay, or some great code for excellent application or a best friend for a life. So make it in such a way that there is no one to break it. 

3. Confidence Vs Doubt - 

Whenever you decide particular goal in life, be confident about it. But also know that while increasing confidence level, you are clearing all the doubts. Because, doubts are positive errors or problems that might come. So clear the doubts and remove errors to gain more confidence and finally you will see yourself winning the race. 

4. Act Vs Reasoning - 

Now that you have planned something for your life, Act as per plan. You will come along many difficulties in way, you might also fail at one point but don't stop trying again. Just stick to the plan and work hard. Never try to give a reason to yourself for fail, because once you start reasoning, you will continue to give them for each point and this link will go on and you may lose your aim. So always Act as per plan. 

Along with these things you should be sincere, respectful in society, caring and silent. Also you should praise others and yourself for creating positive energy. You should find happiness by saying YES to the things around you. As it is well said by Paulo Coelho that  "When you say Yes to others, make sure you are not saying No to yourself".

Fun @Adlabs Imagica

Last Sunday, I had gone to "Adlabs Imagica" situated near the city of Khopoli on Mumbai-Pune expressway with my family. It is a giant theme park with more than 25 rides consisting of Roller Coaster rides and few Entertainment rides.Due to technical problems in few of the rides, I couldn't enjoy all the rides but the few of them I went on were :

A)Roller Coaster Rides :
1.Nitro-
This is the fastest Roller Coaster ride in India up till standing at 132 feet high and nearly 0.85km of length. To go on this ride, all you need is to be brave. It is just a 150 seconds journey which can shows stars in head in a daytime too.I was watching many of the people going out-of-line when they saw the ride's close view while waiting in a queue. I was very eager to get on this ride though.But after the ride I was in no condition to talk also. It is unlike other rides where the feet do not stay firm on floor of the chair and gives flying chair effect.

2.Scream Machine-
This is the one I liked the most in all the rides.It is a round shaped seating arrangement and only the crazy ones dare to ride it. The Scream Machine first moves slowly to gather some momentum and just when you feel that you can handle the swing, it starts to move to and fro with more speed. The Scream machine, while going to and fro is also moving round at the same time. So in overall journey, at one point your face is pointing to the sky giving feeling that you would touch the sky and at one point, your face is in direction of the floor where you feel like you will enter the earth while coming down. This ride rise to up to 120 degrees and push backs to height of nearly 150feet which makes us scream our lungs out.

3.GoldRush Express-
This ride was not as danger as above two but it as great as it drops us from 66ft height ans sends us speeding through tunnels and abandoned goldmines at 65kmph. The round road was a great part in this ride though.

B) Entertainment Rides :

1.Splash Ahoy-
It is a simple water battle with water guns in a ship. All we have to do is get a boat and use water guns with circle shots to splash water on people sitting in the boat next to us. But Watch out! Here there are bystanders present too who could attack you and wet completely.

2.Mr.India-
This one is quite nice. Once again Mogambo kidnaps children of Mr.India and asks him for "Special Formula Bracelet". This ride is about saving those kids from Mogambo. All we have to do is just sit in a car rode by a Robot made by Mr.India in 3D movie playing in front of us which takes route to Magambo and in its ways, many distractions comes because of which car moves with jumps and we have to balance ourselves.
Similar to these other attractions with 3D movies are "Wrath of Gods" and "Cinema 360-Prince of The Dark Waters" which gives proper 3D effect.

3.Rajasaurus River Adventure-
    It is a boat adventure into the world of ferocious dinosaurs discovered by Dr.Roy. We have to just sit in a boat and enjoy the journey with information about various dinosaurs. Many moving objects of dinosaurs are created here and in the end the boat suddenly goes down the track and splash water allover us. This ride was actually a different experience overall.
   
C)Imagica Parade-
It is the parade organized by all the members of Imagica where all the characters from each game performs various activities like dance, bicycle stunts and more similar stuff. It is also a unique theme by Imagica which gives sheer of excitement and joy.


Well,there is so much to write but these were the places which I liked the most at Imagica.
Before some time ago, there happened an accident of a ride "Bandits Of Robinhood" because of which one family was in ICU, but they later got safe to the place. So after the incident the Imagica team has taken care of all the possible threats and have maintained the quality status. Now there are many Guest Services available as :
-Visitor Information
-Food Places
-Lost and Found
-General Park Information
-First Aid
-Safety Information at each Ride
So the safety is quite maintained properly and many visitors are getting attracted to Imagica nowadays.
Still, the water park is yet to come soon here and I am looking forward to make a next visit to Imagica quite soon and if you guys also wants to have fun then plan right now and make your weekend exciting at Imagica.. :)

Accidentally in Love...With him? Again?

Recently I completed reading "Accidentally in Love...With him? Again?" by Nikita Singh.
So would like to review some points from my perspective.

Good part:-
I got the chance to read this book after a long time and since it was Nikita's second book I had thought that it will be a good read book. "Accidentally in Love" is a fiction novel which has a story of a print model Chhavi Mukherjee, her best friends Allya and Vatsala, and three guys viz. Tushar, Ankit and Ronit connected to Chaavi's and Vatsala's lives respectively. Chaavi is struggling to make a living in her modelling career in Mumbai and one fine day she meets a hot guy named Tushar. As usual they get attracted and first they decide to be flings but as time flew they fall in love and the story about their love-life is narrated well in the book. Also the charming story of Vatsala and how she finally decided to be with Ankit forever by leaving Ronit's chapter behind is good. The writer has used bold language to explain the intimate scenes and it makes it a unique book till now. The most liked part in this book for me was when Vatsala narrates her story. The language used in that two chapters is very good which makes sense and tell how capable of writing a good-stuff Nikita is! Hence the book explains properly the love-life of current era. How love and career things are to be handled properly at personal level should be learned from this. Overall book is good and I think it is worth reading if you are really free in your schedule.

Bad part :-
Writer has used bold language though but the description of the scenes is in every other chapter. So this thing makes the book boring at some point and a feeling comes to skip that part in reading. Also the description of how a guy looked and how he made the girl feel is explained every time which is quite a boring part to read.Otherwise overall it was a nice experience reading the book.

Recently Nikita's new book "Right Here, Right Now" has launched and I am looking forward to read it now. Hope it turns as great as this book was. :)

Error Code : Love

"Error Code : Love"...Another hit seller and a new fiction item in my collections. I had taken this book in hand with some good expectations and to my surprise it was far from normal fiction stories. A good story in my collections after a long time.

"Error Code : Love" is a spicy story between young characters Dev, Neera and Isha and Rishi. The starting of book "I would give

 anything right now to reverse the clock by 24 hours. But my Karma won’t let me, I have to compensate for what I’ve done." gives some feel to read the whole book. It is proper mixture of love, romance, hate, jealousy. It tells how a life can be changed within a moment if you don't have control on your emotions and whatever happens in life, always trust yourself and face the situation. Same is the case with character Dev who face many problems in college days just because he got hurt in love and lost his control and ruined the stuff around within sometime. And how he loses one year of engineering and still stands up again in life and makes his love to come towards him. His love, affection and care about Neera is best good example of love but at the same time his behaviour with his good friend Rishi and Isha is not acknowledgeable. The story goes somewhere off the line when romance between Isha and Dev is told though Dev has Neera in his mind but still it's at rank though. Go through the book once in your schedule if you are fiction category type ;) . Its worth to read. And looking forward to see some more good stories from the writer Suman Bhattacharya.

Mother, A Lifeline..!!

It's 11th May today. A very special day for all mothers in the world. MOTHER'S DAY..!!

So a warm wish "Happy mother's day" from me. Today, I thought to write something about our mother who is the reason why and what we are in our life. Basically for us "MUM" is the word right??  Mum, our basic support of life, the one who holds our hand and teach us to walk, talk and makes our existence to outside world. I remember my mother teaching me prayers, taking my studies and helping me out in each and every stuff since I was a kid. Since then I grew up, I met different people in my life and I even saw many of them changed according to their needs in life but mother? She is the only one who never change for her family. Wherever she is, however busy she is, her priorities never change for her family members. When we grow old, she gives us space, in our increasing age, when we are trying to keep our feet with outside world, she stays with us as protection. If we make any mistakes, she is the one who understands us and try to correct us through her love. She is the one who trusts us and is confident that her son/daughter is the one who is capable of achieving higher goal in life. I know today's world has changed a bit. Everyone is busy with thier lives may be personal or professional. But today you just need to keep it away. Take the time off from your life and take your mom somewhere out together with family. Make her feel special because this relation and love is to be shared with her. So let's tell our mom how much we love her and how she is important in our life. Let she feel her importance in our life and how we are incomplete without her. Cheers..!!

Your life is YOU..!!

I have a hobby of writing memorable moments of my life in diary since I was 18. Today its been almost 5 years that I've been writing but I never read it again. This thought passed by my head yesterday so I decided to take some time out and read my diary. After reading some chapters in that diary I remained silent for sometime and wondered how life has changed and what type of person I've become because of different experiences I've been through in my life. I have passed through three phases in my life till now as childhood, youth and professional. My childhood was very owesome like every other person in this world where grown ups always talk about going to that time again and enjoy life again. Again? Does that mean other people dont enjoy life after they grow up? Well its right to some extent. When we are child, we don't have any responsibility on our shoulders. No serious matters,no relationships, no breakups, no formal life. We hardly care how do we look and how we behave. All we want is just to enjoy life, play, dance, roam and other stuff but on other hand when we grow up, we get busy in our life with many topics to think upon like family, money, bank accounts, job position etc. Thats why everyone wants to go back to old times. But bad luck huh? Time never goes back (N). Likewise these phases in life turns you into a responsible human being,You know why time never goes back? Because time has many memories in our brain and these memories gives us happiness when we grow up. We can see ourself changed as time flew. But life is not easy from the present point of view. We need to make it good through our behaviour. We can enjoy our life as a child after we have grown up through different activities. What we need to do is just let come out good things in us and control the bad things about us. Like say, we have to control our anger to maintain some relation but we have to let out our emotions to build a new relation. Just be good with the population around you and you will see that you have many people like you around attached to your life. You get friends and you enjoy life with your friends around. Feel special about your life and you will get positive feedback through many lives around you and you will enjoy being old too. Time flies but life doesn't until we die. So live your life before its late. Get youself out if you are stuck in any problem and enjoy being "grownup child" for healthy life. 

Journey of Life

Today while working in office, met with some higher authority people who lives "PERFECT" life according to them. Some of them were trying to humiliate others with their daily schedule. When I looked exactly at their lives I saw robots not human beings. I mean those people were having their daily schedule which is same for each and everyday of the year. Don't these people get bored with same schedule?  I mean suppose its written in schedule that sleep at 10 p.m. and if on someday we have FIFA world cup finals then will these people lose watching the match just for their perfect schedule?  Such a boring life that would be. I live my life which I know is not perfect but I enjoy. Since I have become 18, I have heard from many people around me to keep up with the world and be punctual and other stuff but sincerely I don't feel the same way. What I feel is we just need to find happiness in life and do the stuff which leads to happiness. We are not robots to run the same schedule again and again. We are human beings who expects little bit of drama, love, enjoyment, achievements, sadness, laughter in our lives. So what if we are not perfect, let's do the things which we want to do. Let our activities in daily routine make different schedule automatically for each day and we enjoy it. Life is not about achieving something with plans, it is getting the expected things unknowingly at sudden moment in life. At that time you will feel the happiness when your lips will be curved smiling and you will be getting goosebumps. All we need to take some spare time in our busy schedules and do the things which we are fond of. So lets do it now so that at the end of the day, there are no excuses,no explanations and no regrets. Live the life at highest because its said somewhere that "You live only once, but if you do it right, once is enough.."  

Recently, few of my friends have been placed in MNC's in software firm. Listening to the news I also got happy and wished them luck. My friends were so happy for their new job that before joining they had made various plan about their corporate life. Now I met them on last weekend where the glow on their face was totally vanished and instead of active life there were gonna have, they are passing through tough phase in their life. Why? After some discussion with them I got to know about the type of schedule they are facing in office. Of course the IT industries have come up the recession in last year and there are lot of projects to come in next few years but what these MNC's are doing is they hire people to show organisations strength to their client and try to impress them. But after placement, most of the guys have to sit on bench for months and months. My friends were examples to be taken. Before few months back, they were highly motivated and passionate about their work because of knowledge they were having but now after some months they forgot every bit in computer programming skills as they had only to sit on bench doing nothing. These formal things to be followed in companies make employees negative. Also their policies are so weird like you cannot install a software for programming practise without knowing them and you have to study only those things which are told to you. So employees lose interest in things that they are interested. Employees face problems and after sometime they get irritated and frustrated in life. Nothing seems positive. They lack interest in studying new things n their normal life which in college days involved fun with friends too. But seeing my friends like this I am not sure if they will become positive or they will take their time n think that life's over n this is bugging phase in life. What I want to say is we just need to look back at our life, ensure that we are on right track and then go with the flow. Once you are sure about the path you've chosen, you will enjoy  your life like free as a bird.
